Overview
At this IWN Belgium event which will be held at the Royal Museums of Art & History just before the Welcome Reception of the 56th ICMA AGM & Conference, senior female leaders will lead an interactive discussion on how best to harness their influence as role models to halt the decline of female representation at all levels; from encouraging a culture which supports female advancement, visibility and return to work at various stages, to maintaining momentum in an environment which can be inherently unsupportive and prone to unconscious bias. Audience members will be encouraged to contribute their own thoughts, experiences and suggestions in this collaborative session.
